The room and hotel decor were fine, adding a touch of luxury to our New Year's getaway. We were also impressed by the decent breakfast offered, providing us with a tasty start to the day. the hotel's convenient location was a major plus, as we were within walking distance of the city center, great to easily explore and enjoy all that the area had to offer.
the staff seemed to prioritize other guests' needs over ours, making the check-in process inefficient and leaving us feeling unattended to.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was really good, and the modern furniture added a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore downtown Strasbourg and visit the train station. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and nice amenities such as coffee, lotion, cookies, and water. the parking space below the hotel is spacious enough, even for SUVs.
The staff at the hotel seemed inadequate and unhelpful, providing wrong information and not addressing guest concerns.
